How long does it take?
It depends on how much there is to clean. I’ll tell you roughly how long when I give you a price.
How long will carpets take to dry?
It depends on the carpet, the room and the airflow. Opening windows helps. I’ll tell you what to expect on the day.
What should I do before you arrive?
Put away small items and anything fragile, and point out any stains when I get there.

Can you remove all stains?
Not always. It depends on what the stain is and how long it has been there. I’ll tell you honestly what to expect.
How often should carpets be cleaned?
About once a year suits most homes. Busy rooms and homes with pets may need it more often.
